Accommodations description

Aviário Studio shared accommodations are situated in the heart of Ferreira do Zêzere village, just 2 km from Aviário Studio. Nearby, you'll find all the essential services for daily life. The house can accommodate a maximum of 6 people and includes 3 bedrooms, a living room, a toilet, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor space with tables and chairs. You'll have access to free internet, and there are 4 bicycles available for exploring the surroundings.

House Rules

  • Each resident will receive a house key, which must be returned at the end of the residency.

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • Outsiders are not allowed in the accommodation.

  • For everyone's safety, keep all doors and windows closed.

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the house, there ashtrays outside the house for this porpuse.

  • The room and the equipment assigned to you will remail the same until the end of your residency and all residents will receive a set of clean linen and towels at the beginning of their residency and at the beginning of every week.

  • Do not make noise between 22:00 and 08:00.

  • If you are sharing a room, please keep the space clean and organized and adhere to a standardized room schedule (8 am to 10 pm) to ensure you respect your roommate's rest.

  • The common spaces and equipment must be kept clean, tidy, and organized.

  • Please do not leave personal objects in areas intended for common use.

  • All residents will have an individual storage space in the kitchen for their belongings.

  • Housekeeping and organization are everyone's responsibility. We suggest sharing duties, and each person should do their part, such as taking turns with trash and recycling.

  • After meals, wash the dishes and store the leftover food.

  • We have a waste sorting system in place. Please separate plastic/metal, paper, and glass from unsorted waste.

  • There are 4 bicycles available for sharing, and they must be returned to the garage at the end of each use. The preservation of the bicycles is the responsibility of those who use them.

  • Any accident or breakdown in the house must be reported immediatly.
