Jennifer Arzt is an American artist and educator living in Oakland, California. She holds a BA in Art and Design from Iowa State University and MFA in Film, Television, and Recording Arts from Florida State University.
Jennifer’s work is an exploration of extremes. She juxtaposes movement and minimalism with color and bold marks. Her work plays with the idea that art can be felt instantly, and how simple marks splashed across a canvas can communicate a full range of energy and emotion.
